Paper submission

Instructions for camera-ready versions:

Dear authors,

The submission page for camera-ready papers has been available.

Please submit your camera-ready paper using the following page:

The due date of camera-ready submission is extended to Aug. 7th, 2019.

Please note the following when you submit the papers.

1) During the submission process, the system requests you to enther
the paper ID. Please enter the abbreviation of workshop name
followed by the paper ID on the initial submittion in the form (for example CBDAR-00).

2) If you have already submitted your paper in the submission page for
main conference which opened formarly, please resubmit your paper in
the new page shown above.

This instruction update will be also available on the ICDAR2019 web
site very soon.

Paper format and length: 

Submissions for CBDAR 2019 should be maximum of 6 pages (including references and figures). CBDAR 2019 will follow a single blink review process. Papers should be formatted with the style files/details available in the IEEE paper formatting template (http://icdar2019.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/8.5x11x2.zip).

No-show:  All no-show papers will not be available on IEEE Xplore. No-show papers that were not withdrawn and were published in the Technical Program must be identified as “No-Show” in the conference web-site.

Registration: At least one author of an accepted paper MUST register the paper at full-rate (i.e., a student registration does not cover any papers). Papers without registration will be withdrawn.

IAPR Ethical Requirements for Authors:  By submitting a manuscript to ICDAR2019, authors agree to adhere the IAPR Statement of Ethics. The IAPR requires that all authors wishing to present a paper declare that the paper is substantially original and that no paper substantially similar in content has been submitted or will be submitted to any other conference or journal during the ICDAR2019 review period.
The paper does not contain any plagiarism, and
The paper will be presented by the author or a co-author in person.
The IAPR retains the right to eliminate any papers in violation of these requirements and to exclude the authors of such papers from future IAPR community activities. The full IAPR Statement of Ethics can be found here (http://www.iapr.org/constitution/soe.php).
